15+ years
Caring for children
Faz has spent over 15 years looking after children — and after all that time, the thing that still matters most to her is simple: that every child feels safe, settled and genuinely wanted here.
Her approach is warm and unhurried. She notices the child who needs a quiet corner and a story, and the one who needs to run around the garden before they can sit still. Routines are steady and gentle, boundaries are clear and kind, and there is always time to listen.
Faz is Ofsted registered, DBS checked and First Aid trained, so the practical reassurances are in place. The rest — the laughing over board games, the proud paintings on the fridge, the reading done together on the sofa — is what makes it a home from home.
Children arrive, kick off their shoes and relax. There are books on the shelves, games on the rug, something cooking in the kitchen and a garden to burn off the day in.

From the school run to the school holidays, weekdays to weekends — here is what a day with Faz can include.

Quiet space, patient encouragement and daily reading time so learning carries on at home from home.
